I bought a iphone 5s with cloud lock on it for $80 and sent it to this guy on ebay, paid $69 and some cents and he sent me one that was pretty much the same thing, same GB, same color, same model and I never had any problems with it. Try searching some like cloud lock service on ebay, you'll find lots of people doing it.
