Veracs or Torag+whip at nmz for attack xp?

 

Also, does the Veracs any good at defence? like if I want to afk while I am at 1k abso points?

I think Torags and DFS are by far the highest defense bonus in game.

Although if you wanted to maximize attack xp per hour wouldn't you be better off using full dharoks?

99 att,str,def and hp via afk nmz(att and str done through dharoks with rock cake and 1k absorption points per hour).

torags has the better def :(
