Go to:

-> settings

-> connection

-> manuel set up

-> leave everything standard BUT MTU

-> change the MTU from 1500 to 1473

-> Check the internet over the ps4

-> log in to PSN

 

It should be working now.

 

*Important: If it still does not work, change the MTU back to 1500.

Just looked up MTU.

 

Ethernet has a payload size of up to 1500 octets of data. 

 

So it seems lowering the MTU changes protocols? Bypassing the ddos attack?

To be honest i have no idea.

I googled a solution and found this. It worked for me so i shared it with you :)
