Like the title says, am I aloud to make a tread for the account before the stats are up to par with what I am selling it with? Like for example, If the account is going to be sold at 60 str but is currently 58, can I make the thread and say that it is a pre-sale for a obby mauler?

The way to do it would be by being honest.

 

You'd have to post a snapshot of accounts the current stats and say something like *Note:Wont be sold until 60 strength, so please bid with that in mind*.
