Also it said I had received 2 major macroing bans July 3rd and I never logged on?! I appealed saying the part quoted, do you think i will get unbanned for their mistakes?

No. After the 2 day ban Jagex normally permabans the account 2 weeks latter.

They give you 2 major offenses the second time because you're initially supposed to get 2 temp bans before being banned for good. In oldschool they just ban you the second time
