Scripts randomly don't work

For some reason my scripts just don't work most the time, rather it's downloaded or my own.

 

 

Sometimes it will start working, but the other times it will do nothing but display the paint.

I've attempted debugging, it seems like the onLoop() isn't even doing anything.

EDIT:

onLoop() {   log("working")}

is not displaying any messages, but the paint is still updating.

Laz already knows the issue his currently at work so the other developers will fix it.
