This guy was trying to make the light when I had the right of way and hit me. I honestly almost cried afterwards. Car doesn't seem to bad, but it had to get towed and mechanic said the engine got shook up pretty bad and the insurance company will probably total it and write me a small check.

Other driver was driving without a license (I don't know if he's legal or not) and was driving a car he wasn't insured on. He barely spoke English so it was hard to understand him, but it was obviously his fault.
