Earlier last night Advertising other bots isn't allowed., a popular oldschool bot used by many on RuneScape, was compromised. We are urging that any users here that have used Advertising other bots isn't allowed. recently and use the same passwords elsewhere to change their passwords immediately. A hacker compromised the website last night and gained access to their database.

 

The OSBot Team does not condone any hackings nor supports the hackings of any other website. We are saddened and worried as well due to the recent cyber security threats out there.

Is our password protected, once we save it in the client?

 

Or does it go into a database aswell?

Or does it store it on our pc.

I am glad I do not use them.

Good thing i Cracked Advertising other bots isn't allowed. and used it offline, My info is secure :P

Wonder if I should change my pass..I hadn't been on Advertising other bots isn't allowed. in about two months.

The account info is stored locally and it is encrypted, so no worries.

Great for sharing this I am a Advertising other bots isn't allowed. user and you guys show some respect to their users that is a good thing of OSBot.
But whatever I don't think they got our database only if they saved it in their cloud but I changed my password so fuck him.

hopefully osbot doesnt get hacked like the countless other bot website ugh shrug anal shrug
