This does not have to be a normal build, anything that meets these requirements I will consider.:

 - MM done(does not need 60 attack yet.)

 - High hit points

 - 75 strength+

 - 1-60 defense(no higher)

 - Original Owner

 - minimal bans(will decrease my offer)

 - Creation information(will decrease offer without it)
