You're probably banned for 2 days and your ban expires in a year. Which means that black mark will no longer be there. Bot busting bans are only 2 days though. I would recheck to make sure so that you don't stop using your account for a year for nothing.

I just got banned too lmfao.. I've been botting stupidly at yews went from 83-90 wc at yews in a few days. stopped and decided to fletch all my logs and log in today and I am in a random and get d/c'd a minute later. I'm guessing the ban is from wc and not fletching.

My first ban was for 14 days, I was caught botting flax.

 

Just don't bot obvious skills, or in obvious locations for long periods of time.

Take breaks, and have a bot with a good anti-ban.
