Was wondering why this was closed? Dex says it was closed because account giveaways are not allowed..yet account giveways are not listed in the rules as not being allowed?

 

Are we creating new rules here?

It isnt "creating rules" alot of the time, its to prevent scamming of other users.

 

How can this be preventing a scam? 

I'm sorry, your intentions might not be bad but rules are rules.
