Yes it is as my power leveler says we could help but there are a few things to consider.

 

1. it will obviously take plenty of time to complete your order

2. I don't really accept paypal but I know some highly reputable rs07gp sellers who do which you can use to buy the gp needed and then use to pay me.

3. I am ok with refunding you but I would like to point out that you don't really have the power to ban a user only mods do(and frankly they'd only ban me in this case if I refused to refund you which I wont because I have already refunded three separate users who got scammed by an ex worker for 32m altogether).
