Also starting one of these aswel.. Wondering What to do with the armor. can i make it better by like feeding it other armors stats?

Don't really understand your question about armor but i'll try to answer. You can get most of the armor you'll need at low levels from shops around al kharid/varrock/fally/barbarian village. As for "combining/feeding" armor together, that is not a thing in oldschool rs.

He means can you use like rune armour on the special ironman armour to give the ironman armour the stats of rune armour
