If you want a place that doesn't require food, monks are good, but less xp. Rock crabs are pretty good.

If that is the case, monks. But if you can find a really good rock crabs script, then use that.

Crabs > Experiments. Who can be bothered questing. Also if you we're going to get 40 attack I'd even go to flesh crawlers. Good xp and some alright gp.

I'd say Al kharid warriors as i've done them till 60 atk 73 str. But they require food to stay alive as a pure.
