What if somebody made a bot to remap keys to other keys? 

 

Sometimes I'd rather use WASD instead of the arrow keys for camera movement. I'd like to bind my side mouse button to open my spells (s). Keyremapping is built into a lot of other games, but oddly not Runescape.

 

I'm not thinking it would be hard to code, and I'd pay good money for it (if you call $5 good money. I think it is for a script.)...

 

Could anybody make it happen? Is it possible?

Somebody could defin. Make this happen, and yes it is possible.

I can look into the api to see what I can can find. I sort of busy though, so I don't know if I will be able to make the script.
