Ban after expired ban?

So if i got a bot busting ban a year ago, and it is now expired. does anyone know if i now get 2 bot busting bans before perm again? or do i still only get one bot busting ban before perm ban?

A lot of people get 2 day bans but I always get a first perm ban even on old accounts.

I am not quite sure whetever the system has changed but I think you'll get insta permanent ban.
