is that server problem or i do somting worng

every time i try log in its says unable to connect to the osbot server

somtimes it work and somtimes dont what i need to do ?
 

happens to me use a vpn to login and it should work then once it comes up with the rs login just turn it off

I also dont know what VPN is, is it something like the ip switcher or like hide my ass?
