New ban?

Featured Replies

So about 3-4 or so months ago i botted on my main, which got "banned." After numerous research sessions i found out my account has been completely whiped, instead of giving me the message your account has been permanently banned I just couldn't even log unto my account even after changing the password and recovering the account. It just says invalid username or password and you're gone from the highscores. This also happened for my pure, and one of my friends. Before that we got 2 day bans for bot busting, and later same thing happened to his account.. invalid username/password and account gone from highscores.

I checked my pc countless times for keyloggers, viruses, anything i could think of and i didn't detect anything, and i was most sure it was not a hacker doing this. After emailing jagex i got a response after about 2 months, about asking them about my account and the fact that it says invalid username or password. They responded with a statement that read something like this "Your account has been permanently deleted from our system for repeated macro offenses." So its kinda weird because you cant even log unto your account.

I just made this topic because ive never seen anything like that, have you?
