I received an order to get 50QP and complete Sir Amik Varze/Awowogei's Subquest along with fully completing the Recipe For Disaster quest. The agreed upon amount was 18.5M, before commission fees; please see Screenshot A for evidence. After a few days I completed the service, and waited for WOM to get online in order to receive payment. (Below are screenshots of the chat logs, in chronological order. Coding them into the post would be tedious and take up a huge amount of space, so they're hyperlinked.) He REFUSED to pay me until he received confirmation from the client, despite being given layers upon layers of evidence to verify I held up my end of the deal. This continued for some time, and then he claimed he would deliver payment to me in-game at Lumbridge Bank. He kept delaying this for well over an hour, then eventually stopped responding on Skype entirely. He still has yet to respond. Even another worker acknowledges that what he is doing is wrong, which speaks volumes for the incident. I have triple-checked his TOS to verify that what he is doing is unacceptable. That and the screenshot you provided of completing the order is sufficient evidence. I've notified the user and placed him into the TWC usergroup for the remainder of the dispute. I'm not sure why, as i have nothing do with this nor does he owe me anything. I just find it funny that he's removing contacts from OSbot, perhaps to avoid any contact from OSbot members? In addition to that he deleted everyone from his skype so I think it's safe to say that he's not going to pay you anymore. I'm sorry for your loss. A 10M order is still pending for Wise Old Man. He should make an account for me, but he deleted me off skype. Just wanted to let you know.
