I heard that Jagex doesn't even give you warning bans anymore, is this true?

Featured Replies

Somebody told me that evidently on old school runescape if Jagex catches you botting they will permaban you even if you are a member and the account is well developed.

Is this true? Do 48 hour or 2 week bans not exist anymore?

Difficult to say, may just have been a coincidence. If there is proof of this, then we can believe it. Until then we're gonna have to disbelieve it due to lack of evidence.

You will 90% of the time be perm banned no matter what. You might get a 2 day ban if u hardly ever bot and they caught you for that time

This is false, you get 48hr bans still.

Friend got banned other day for 48 hours so it's still in place.

Well I got a 48 hr ban for auto clicking on my main, but other than that all my other accounts that I actually botted on were permanent.  Hard to say, usually just perm bans.

I've seen some people get 48hrs lately.

If it's a goldfarmer or it was heavily botted it's usually a perm nowadays.

I spoke too soon, Got temp banned but for some reason it was only 24 hours? O_o Didn't even think that was possible.
