u can do it ingame without any paint or cheat engine, but u cant really do anything with the money, it works only when u have bank opened.

you basically have bank opened and drag the item  u want from your invnetory  to get duped to the first item on the left upper corner of your bank, then u take any other random item and drag it on the first item again, then again and again and then the items will transform to the item u dragged at first.

here i duped some chaps i got from f2p pking
