I know my post account doesn't suggest anything positive... but I want an account with:


1-60 att
1-80 strength
1-80 range

how much would this be (in 07 gp or paypal if you prefer obv) I'll give you the account to start with, it's a new account.

 

Will definitely use a middleman. I'm not paying before you start, that's pointless and detrimental to me.

I'd prefer someone with a decent amount of feedback.

 

I'd prefer if it wasn't cannoned to 80 range.

I have recently been making runite miners for my clan and am more than happy to create you this account, but as with the rest of my friends I charge them first , and then put the money into the coffer until the account is made , during the making process if the account is banned even once then, I deem the account unsaleable, and issue a full refund, also I will be making the account as I do not wish for me to make this account and then it be taken away after completion, 

 

My prices are high because of the legitimacy
