Error authenticating bot profile! then The server failed to handle your request!

Featured Replies

When I start many bots authenticating from same IP, OSBot login server starts getting error at authentication attempts. Neither automatic logon at startup not work (writes Error authenticating bot profile! Please try signing in again.) nor manual attempt later (writes The server failed to handle your request!).

Please fix it, really annoys and keeps system unstable.

I tried authorizing OSBot 2 different patterns, and both fails:

1) Authenticate from my home ip - it accepts like 100 connections, then starts writing "Error authenticating bot profile! Please try signing in again." or "The server failed to handle your request!".

I think its CloudFlare blocking my requests.

2) Authenticate via proxies - until today all was ok, but now cannot load osbot.org via proxies at all (like 50 C subnets, almost no one can access site / authenticate via).

It can be proxy service blocking osbot server ip, or CloudFlare banned many proxy service subnets. I asked proxy service support about this, maybe you could also check CloudFlare settings etc?

UPD: Proxy service support wrote that they dont have any restrictions accessing OSBot site - so its your side blocking my requests... CloudFlare i think does this - both many requests from home ip and blocking proxy service subnets.
