I am interested at what level of Strength will max hit on DDS spec (dragon dagger special attack) rise?

I am almost certain that it rises on every 6 level of Strength but I don't know at exactly which.

 

I think that it rises on levels 73, 79, 85, 91, .... but am I correct on this?
