"The Server Failed to handle your request"

Hello, 

 

I just updated to the new OSBot version & where it says "Sign in with your forum account, etc" , I try to sign in and nothing happens, I hit "login" & it says "The server failed to handle your request". I also erased and re-downloaded it & I am still getting the same error, can someone help me please?

 

Also on another topic,

 

I purchased a script yesterday & It's not there in my collections anymore, when I search it, it says I have to purchase it again. I just bought it so idk why I would have to purchase it again.

 

Thanks for your time & trying to help me out.

try deleting everything related to OSBot & redownload, make sure you have Java 7. 

You could also do the %appdata% way, and delete everything I believe
