Hi guys i created this thread two days ago , it got moved to resolved cause it worked for some people, however i'm still having the problem.

Oiginal post :

Hi guys i'm having trouble logging into the client.
When i put up my details i get this error message:

[ERROR][08/16 10:09:14 AM]: The server failed to handle your request!
[ERROR][08/16 10:09:20 AM]: The server failed to handle your request!

I've tried things such as restarting client , reinstalling client, changing account password on the website and then trying to login, deleting my latest java just incase and downloading the compatible version , but nothing is working.
I created another account to try and login on the client, which strangely enough works. Now i still need to be able to log this account in to the client cause i have some paid scripts on here.

Thanks in advance

Now my iceo account has seemingly been banned already, but i stil can't login to the client on this account.
Id reallly like this to get resolved as I had just purchased a script i wanted to test out.
Maybe there's something wrong with my account , soemthing keeping me from logging into the client, could this get resolved by transferring my paid scripts to a new account and banning this one?

Thanks in advance again

I will tell Maldesto and the others about this. It might be possible for us to move your premium scripts over to the other account that you made, since that one actually works. We will get back to you soon. ^_^

Allright thanks mystery but it seems like that one got banned earlier today i tried logging onto it but i dont have acces to any parts of the forum.

When i asked for help in the chat about this they told me that the account i newly created could get banned , for what reason i don't know though. Allright pm me if you've worked something out.
