I can't log into the bot client with my user name and pass from OS bot. First time this has ever happened. I'm definitely not typing it in wrong.

i had this issue aswell

typing the first letter of your user name as a ''CAPS'' so in your case Bcrunkle and NOT bcrunckle

when i did my first letter as a ''caps'' it worked for me hope this helps
