just started and have no idea where to buy a proxy would pay via paypal or 07 gold.

Can I give you advice and don't use proxies.

 

Proxies while on the surface may seem helpful but they're almost never secure to a point where they are not detected as a proxy and or able to lead you back to the main IP. I believe proxies get you banned faster. Anyway, if you don't take my advice definitely don't buy them from someone on OSbot or any RS / Game related site. Often times they are resold multiple times and what you hope to achieve (fresh IPs) isn't possible.
