And there is something called a "guthans booster". There are specific quest bosses that you need to afk with guthans.. just go on the NMZ minigame chat and you'll see people offering to guthans boost. (herb boxes) I doubt you will get 1.6m points in 3 hours, I got that amount of points with 98 str, 90 attack and a sara sword.
