Gif Avatar?

How do you get a GIF as your avatar?

 

I've seen several people with them but when I change my profile pic to one that is a gif, it doesn't work :'(

 

Shows as one single image. (My pikachu )

Resize it to ~150x150 I believe

[Cinnamon]

130x130 for regular members. 

 

140x140 for VIP.
