The best weapon to train the obby pure is the maul with the zerker necklace, ive gotten a slayer staff on the pure, and let me say it was a huge waste of 1 week of grining...the slayer staff was averaging out 25k exp per hour with 79 str and i was getting the same amount with the obby maul. The slayer staff is as strong as a addy scimmy. So im sure that the the maul is definitely the best thing to use. Edited August 8, 2014 by Wise Old Man
