I'm only asking you don't act like this tuff guy mod who can't have fun. Lighten up and laugh a little.

They both have shown me their portfolio privately. So how can you judge? In addition to that, the rank is also not necessarily only based on the quality of their graphics but also on their participation in the graphics section. If there's anyone who thinks he's deserving of the designer rank feel free to pm me your portfolio.
