i lost my account to a phishing scam like in march and the account was banned in April for macroing, whats the best way for me to submit a appeal or get it back or something.  btw i recovered the account back like a day ago

If it was perm banned, you won't be able to get a successful appeal. They don't read appeals, sorry.
