You say that you are sure that you did not get hacked, how can you be sure? It is a possibility, unfortunately.

It could be that you are using the wrong username.  If you changed your name at one point, your login name will be the name you started out with, not your current username

Make sure you have the right Email/username.  If the account was created after 2010, you should use your email as your login name.

Check your computer for any viruses or keyloggers, as it is possible that your account may have been hacked.

try reboot pc etc or change pass
