For that cash they could hire a dev with a lot more knowledge than them who could work on the API and the client.

This right here is some true shit! I offered to help out, and provided many fixes for the banking class, yet Laz's popmpous -ass treated us like we were unnecessary. If we had an API-Team the cleint would be bug-free in no time and we could focus on more important things (Like the ban-rate!!!)

The current devs own the company so they can't fire them selves. But they could fire a dev they hired if he became lazy.
