Need quote on 1-1-1 trained to 70-70-70 and may pay for service

Featured Replies

I want to create a fresh lvl 3, do tutorial island, and hand it over to you.

I want it to be 70-70-70 (trained LEGIT) and that's it. However, as it will be a NMZ account, I don't want quests completed with a boss. For example, waterfall quest is okay if you choose to start the character that way since the quest doesn't have a boss, but if you decide to do dragon slayer, I don't want that since it'll mess up the account for me.

Please don't say "add me on skype" since I want to see the cost for this service right on this thread, and I may go forth with it RIGHT now if it's reasonable. I will most definitely be looking for this to be done in the near future(next week or two weeks) if I choose to not pay for it right this instant.
