Banned or Hacked?

So I logged in this morning about an hour ago and after a few seconds my account was logged out. I tried to log back in but my password was not working. I recovered my password through my email and set a new one multiple times successfully, but every time I still cannot log in! 

 

My display name may have been changed because when I made a new account and tried to add myself on my old account, it came up with a "unknown player" message, making me think I was banned instead of someone changing my display name (is it true that if I friend someone who has recently changed their display name, I can still friend them even with their old display name???)

 

What should I do? Already on two different devices I have been temporarily banned from appealing because I have appealed so many times. (Again, each time I have been successfully able to reset my password, but I still cannot log in!!)

 

 

I'd say start by formatting your computer to assure you don't have any kind of virus. Then rechange all the passwords. 

 

What does it say when you try to login.? 

Try to recove it, if it says " Hello name unavaible" your acc deleted if you can recove your account its hacked.
