There is no built in proxy.

You need to purchase a socks5 proxy from a proxy provider.

is it legit and will it work if ive been perm banned a few times??

I'd strongly consider the purchase of a proxy in your case. You have been perm banned several times so your IP is most likely flagged. If you'd use a proxy, the chances of your account getting banned are being reduced but it is still possible to get banned. @Arctic sells proxies so if you ever need one, you should contact him.

If I used something like Hotspot shield, and then connected to the OSbot client in the normal way, would it be using the new ip address or?

If you use a VPN like Hotspot shield, then you will be connected using their server's proxy. The problem with this is that other botters may be using that public IP, and Jagex's dodgy guidelines regarding the use of VPNs.

IM using anonymizer universal, so do all I have to do is start my proxy when I log onto my computer before accessing internet or my bots, then when I run osbot will it already be blocking my ip?
