Try the following; 

 

1. Locate your OSBot folder (Most comonly found under Start>USER>OSBot

2. Move all OSBot scripts from the scripts folder

3. Delete the OSBot folder

4. Replace scripts

5. start bot

 

If that did not help try updating your Java.
