Ohhh well you're probably going to need at least 16gb of ram. Other than that those specs should work fine.

Desktops are best for engineering projects, my father does a lot of engineering designing and his computer is super beefy. He had me order all the parts because he doesn't have a clue but holy cow did it need way more specs than i thought. All I remember is him needing 32 gb of ram.
