I'm opening a dispute with my owner of the service I am in. This is his thread I will be referring to as he did not follow with his T.O.S. /Screenshots as evidence And Skype messages.

He then said, do orders worth 2m 07 to pay the rest of the full amount (service fee). I did a thieving order, worth 1m 07 and he said I charge 10% commission he said this after, I did order which I didn't know as he didn't tell me anything of this. So he did 900k 07, for that order that 900k 07, went to paying the full service thread, I had 2m left over so now I only had left over was 1.1m 07. Then I got another order from the same person, that I did the 53 thieving for. 

 

He wanted http://gyazo.com/6303cc814c82159f393d9c4161b6a237 37- 50 attk/38-70 str. And I did up to 50 attk/str, before they logged onto the order account, which I was on. And then accused me of botting. 

 

Now im going to refer to his service thread, number 3 and 7 rule.

the account during a service, if so, your order will be canceled and no

refund will be given. "

 

This was violated. As shown when I was doing the order they tried logging on to the account and they changed the password on it.

I would like a refund of the 18m rs3, that  I paid stan for service half of it, and 900k 07/1m 07, for the 53 thieving order. And compensation, for the other order I did, when the account was violated, and I couldn't log onto it to do the order.

In my dispute against @service for you, he has botted on the account when it was supposed to be done by hand, therefore leaving me no choice but asking for the owner to recover the account. http://osbot.org/forum/topic/55635-dispute-against-service-for-you/    I and the customer have tryed to contact service for you, but he did not reply on skype.

The service fee is not refundable, @service for you, still owes me 1.1m for the service fee. Him asking for the money of the account he botted, and it is not completed ( I am currently doing the order)

I didn't answer, my skype because something was wrong with my computer/skype files/messages, it has viruses. And if I didn't want to respond, I didn't have to just like you something, how you don't respond on sykpe. And the account, would of got completed, by me legit by (hand) like I was doing if you didn't change the password, and if the customer, followed the T.O.S, you wrote, would have no dispute case open at the moment. 

 

Stan, whats the point in writing a T.O.S, if you don't follow it common sense seriously.

Just because you bot, doesn't mean you will be banned.

 

Since there is no actual evidence that supports you were botting on the account, you just need to refund Stan the 1.1m that you promised him.

So If their is no evidence of me botting, then I'm still in his service I guess? That should be fair, cause if his firing me whats the point in paying him in the first place the fee, doing free orders for him, if he accused me of botting and you guys, can't find evidence I want to fight this case to the admin's please, I find this is not justice and just stupid.
