not true, you can get perma banned the first ban, and you can get 14 day bans.

I got perm banned for botting an hour, played oldschool for 3 months

Recently I've only received perms. Granted, those accounts were all less than a month old.

I had two perm bans on accounts which were created on 18 June. They had no prior ban history.
