no it was the guy who was just banned geoffrey984

The worker was @geoffrey984 and that was for the previous order because it was less than 5m, if anyone scams an order less than 5m I refund it...5a0c9d9103534cf2bb4f46239cefd621.png

I was never shown that TOS or visited a forum page until the service was faulted.

I also asked in the skype if there was insurance and you didnt tell me that there wasnt.

I was never shown that TOS or visited a forum page until the service was faulted.

Then where did you get my skype for us to do services for you if you never visited the forum page?

I was in the chat and you responded.

If that is really in your tos then that's really bad.

I had just woken up and Geoffrey stole the 2 accounts he created for me, and probably stole 9M off of the one.

Then where did you get my skype for us to do services for you if you never visited the forum page?

it may be bad but you agreed to it when you decided to use my service, therefore you must abide by the ToS the same as any other customer whether you like them or not. Regardless of how "bad" you may describe my TOS" as, it is still the TOS  I laid out. If you accept my service, you accept my TOS.

How can the owner of a service not be responsible for the actions of the people who work for them when the commit this kind of thing? That just seems wrong to me.

There is always a risk involved when giving another user your account details, and you accepted the possibility of a scam when you left money on the account. At the end of the day, you accepted that whenever you messaged me for services if you didn't read the TOS that is not MY fault that is your own fault for not reading it. I am not liable for you not reading my TOS.

I just dont understand how when theres someone doing work for YOUR service, that you are not held responsible for the actions that they may or may not commit.  Seems like a breeding ground for trouble. If a mod or someone could comment on this then that would help me see where this might go.

Shankfish could you please post the images of your bank before the scam occured?

The same ones that are in the Skype chat images you posted in the original post.

Thanks.
