at 46 cb, with other accounts being around that level that I'd be trying to pk, would fire blast, gmaul rushing be any good at all????

Not worth it , you wont hit SHIT and most pkers will be obby maulers which have the hp of 70+ and rangers.

give it a shot, do anti-rushing, rush the rushers because they have low hp.
