Its because the proxy or VPN you are using is flagged.  I'm assuming you are using proxiesnow, or Kepard's VPN

That happened to me on one of my accounts. But it was F2P OSRS and I played on it for a short time before realising I was muted.wacko.png

    dps is correct this happens when u use a proxy thats flagged for gold website spamming in game.
