PC on maxed main with all 1 stats?

I'm thinking about making maxed accounts with

 

99 att, str, def, hp, 43 prayer

 

and selling them. All other stats would be very low or 1. How much could one account like this go for? It would have minimal quests done(for NMZ) and a few skill lvls for quests reqs.

Just NMZ quests. All insignificant. Maybe a total of less than 20 QP.

They're basically maxed, you could always get 50-60m+

Shick I have a 99-99-98 acc right now. After it is maxed which should be in the upcoming few days i'll make a formal thread under accs section and auction it.
