Dex
You can always chargeback on PayPal no matter what kind of situation you're in or how you sent the money.
Impassive
This is interesting... I got a question. Account 1 has $100 balance on paypal Account 2 has $0 balance on paypal Account 1 sends account 2 $100 Account 2 transfers money to debit card which takes 3-5 days After 5 days, Account 1 charges back. Does account 2's paypal balance just become -$100? If so, can't you abuse this method and get free money? Or does account 2 get money deducted from his bank acc?
