If you're powerleveling by hand, why are you not responsible for a ban on the acc during your service?

That is how all TOS is, some people want powerlev to be botted, so its up to them...

So if i pay for 27-53 thieving by hand and it gets banned for botting, what actions will you take?

There is a reason for this. You can receive delayed bans for botting. For example, I can bot 5,000 Chins today and get some manual Magic power leveling tomorrow. The account can get banned during the manual Magic training even though they are doing it manually because I botted chins the day before.

Delayed bans from what you might have botted, I can assure you it will be done by hand unless you would want it botted, if that is the case, no refunds will be given

I doubt it will happen, because we wont be talking on your account unless supplies will need to be bought. Its just a precaution. Sorry for any misunderstandings, thanks!

Ok what about mute during services?

You can be muted for an inappropriate name, clan chat name and other things like that. Those Terms of Service are just a precaution to protect the person who does the service from any previous account abuse blame by the owner.
