Details:He says that I am trying to pay less for the job after service is completed? - I never once paid less for the actual service, which was agreed upon 15m. After that we agreed on a service for 4M which I gave within the day the order was completed, giving the last 403k when I woke up. - He then began to swear on me after realizing I wouldn't give him 75k because he wanted to profit with me giving 75k AND him taking the neiz helm from the quest reward; which also, was never agreed upon, taking items. - He also tried bugging/annoying me with the neutral feedback saying "It's gonna be there forever" - "It's visible to anyone now :)"
