I bought a level job from him  for 81- 86 str and 77- 86 range on 07 runescape and paid him 53.20$ in paypal and got scammed my entire bank + the service hasn't been completed

You were the main owner of the service, and your worker scammed users. I know this may not seem fair to you, but you have to take responsibility as you were the one that allowed him into your service.

 

If you're not going to provide the gold / items that were taken, then I suppose we will indeed have to ban you.

 

i have more screenshots of my before/after bank and more skype convos that say he is not going to pay me back and it's not his fault because his "worker" was doing the service not him.

 

also his T.O.S say that  you have the right to a full refund if you do not get what you asked for.

 

and i didn't i didn't even get close to the stats i paid for, plus all my bank has been stolen.

I refunded the user 53.50 he paid for the service and 2.2m 07 out of my own money. I'm not paying for what was in his bank because he was scammed when I was banned by one of my workers.

I only have to pay you if the user who scammed you gets banned.

I was refunded the 53.20 only because i disputed him on paypal and timekeeper paid for him to refund it to me, or else i wouldn't have it now and no i wasn't refunded fully because he still hasn't paid me for my bank being stolen , and those are the screenshots up there saying he would pay me back in 07 gp.

Oh wow 2 mill ? So nice of a person you are going against your word saying you will pay me back Atleast some of what I lost because of your worker , quit acting like refunding is such a huge deal out of your own pocket he says ? Your the one who hired these workers it's your responsibility.

Ahhhh but it's not my responsibility unless the user is banned. No need to be rude, I understand getting scammed sucks but just accusing people is not going to make things better.

Orp, you told the user you would repay him for the items he lost.

You are responsible for paying the user.

If you want your worker to pay you back, open a dispute against him so we can keep track of who owes who what.

the point is orp tries to bullshit everyone as he tried telling me he would refund me too just to tell devinity to unban him as he rapaid me.

when he actually didn't so i said no and waited to refund me before letting him getting unbanned.

now deandre refunded everything and i just heard he got pretty tired of him as he left the service as all the workers left the moment they got they repays.

could you provide us with an accurate sum of GP that is still owed to you? So we can come up with a reasonable time frame for Orp to finish paying what he promised he would.

I've seen the picture provided as evidence of how much he has lost, the proof shows at tops 3-4m...

ALSO this happened AFTER Orp had been banned, how can he be held responsible for the ongoings in a community when he is banned, and coincidently this all goes down after me and DeAndre say we will pay everyone back.

Orp will be held responsible because he told the user he would fully pay him back, including his lost bank. If he did not plan on repaying the lost bank, he should not have said he would.

We will wait for MachoMatt to provide us with an accurate sum of what was lost.
